To play Blu-ray/DVD disc with this Blu-ray playback software, you need firstly insert your Blu-ray/DVD disc to your computer drive. To add videos from your local sources, click the left Open File box on the main interface of the program and the program would navigate you to choose source videos. Step 2Load source media files for playback To play back Blu-ray/DVD disc, you need to insert a Blu-ray/DVD disc into Blu-ray/DVD recorder drive beforehand. No conflict with adguard and no cpu usuage on start for a minute. After kicking off Leawo Free Blu-ray Player, this Free Blu-ray Player would automatically detect your computer to find whether there exist discs to play back, and then list Blu-ray/DVD recorder drive on the main interface. It still connects to the internet, but not to port 61110. It seems when they made the new player free, they threw in the pause ad for their other software, and the search for java for the bd-j menu during application start. Update - I have switched to leawo blu-ray player 1.8.0.0 - no conflict with adguard now. PS - I have repeated the occurence with four versions of adguard - 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 nightly. I can post screenshots of the procmon properties event properties and stack if needed. It is said leawo is a kodi clone - so maybe that is an issue, as it is known how kodi connects to the net.Įdit - I have audited the programs with windows process monitor procmon - and procmon reports that it is aIRP_MJ_QUERY_INFORMATION operation. Thank you for your time - this would be nice to be resolved - I have just found this player, and it can play 2160 mkv files at low cpu - where my go to vlc, does not. PS - why is recaptcha needed for every post to a registered user - recaptcha is one of the most terribly coded software out there - it descriminates on isp providers, and I have to use a vpn - or proxy changing software - and when giving multiple correct answers, it still says they are wrong - it also doesn't get along with ad blockers, which is ironic. Wondering what can be done to stop this cpu use. I have also blocked leawo in windows firewall. I have added the port as blocked in comodo and windows firewall. I have blocked leawo player with comodo hips to strict settings, and comodo firewall to blocked application. During pause, it is sneaky, and connects to different ports during each pause. I have looked in process hacker network tabs, and have seen the leawo player connects to port 61110 on startup. I have left the player out of filtered appsin adguard, and I have put it in filtered apps in adguard - no change. So when leawo player starts up it conflicts with adgaurd, and they both run the cpu high. It also connects to the internet to show you and ad for their blu-ray copy program during pause - I already have that too, and don't like the ad. ![]() When leawo player is clicked to use, it does two things - it connects to the internet and searches if you have the java runtime environment for use with the bd-j menu which I don't use - I don't watch disks only downloaded media files. Adguard conflicts with leawo blu-ray player.
